Open to all fitness levels and no dance experience necessary, Intro to Barre will teach you the basics you need for any barre class. Barre can help strengthen and improve your posture, increase cardiovascular health, and help prevent osteoporosis. Throughout the workshop you will learn basic ballet inspired movements taught at the barre, as well as Pilates and yoga inspired mat work. Classes will also include toning with light weights and plenty of stretching.

Annette has practiced fitness and dance most of her life. She completed a Core Barre training in 2016 and then went on to finish, with flying colors, FlowMotion’s 450-hour Pilates teacher training program in 2018. She is a gifted teacher with an inspiring attitude!
