Each foot has 26 bones and 33 joints, that is 52 bones and 66 joints in just your feet! Jessi has extensively studied optimal movement relationships of the feet, knees, hips, spine, core, etc., and wants to use this experience to help you find balance:
- Between strength and mobility.
- In range of motion (center).
- To prevent falls.
- To improve performance.
Enjoy a welcoming environment where we explore movement to find balance/center. Informed by fascia science and joint alignment, Jessi provides a safe and fun movement experience. The ability to get up and down off of the floor is assumed. Otherwise, please ask about private lessons.
Mondays and Wednesdays
October 7th-23rd (3 weeks)
