Check out the schedule! Thursdays at 5:15, we now have class for all levels. An “all levels” class means that I will try to give you options on how to keep it gentle and throw in plenty of optional moves to challenge those who want to be challenged! Beginners are welcome.
In case you missed it, we recently added 11:00am classes on Mondays and Wednesdays, and also a 6:00pm on Tuesdays. In just a couple of weeks, we should have 5 reformers, so we can accommodate 1 more person per class. I’m doing my best to keep up with your motivation to do Pilates! Thank you.
