Yoga classes

Jessi’s yoga classes are informed by her strong background in biomechanics as well as fascia science.  Her extensive experience as a movement and wellness educator make for a calming (addressing the nervous system) and safe (addressing the musculo-skeletal system) class experience.  

GentleFlow Yoga: Beginners welcome, the ability to get up and down off of the floor is assumed.

Please note, group classes are not appropriate for people with significant injuries, limitations, or pain. For these clients we recommend starting with the FlowMotion Back & Joint Therapy Package.
