Pilates Classes

Our Pilates classes accept a maximum of 5 or 8 attendeesthereby ensuring lots of individual attention. An instructor will lead you through a Pilates workout on mat, props and equipment (reformer, chair, and trap table). Pilates is so much more than just exercise — in a Semi-private Pilates class, you receive the benefit of our teachers’ well-trained observations and corrections.  Our Pilates teachers have extensive training in optimum biomechanics and movement assessment. Due to the small class size, reservations are required for Pilates Classes. Please wear clean socks to your Pilates class.

Please note, group classes are not appropriate for people with significant injuries, limitations, or pain. For these clients we recommend starting with the FlowMotion Back & Joint Therapy Package.  For classes other than Restorative Pilates, the ability to get up and down off the floor is assumed.

Restorative Pilates:  Beginners welcome.  This class is for deconditioned or more senior clients, who wish to move at a slow pace.  We focus on balance and all exercises are safe for osteoporosis.

GentleFlow Pilates: Beginners welcome. This class is perfect for new clients, those who are happy to move at a medium pace, or for fit clients who are post-injury.

DynamicFlow Pilates: Fit beginners welcome. An athletic class for clients who are prepared to move at a fast pace.

PowerFlow Pilates: Experienced clients only. Please be prepared for a very challenging, non-stop, fast paced class.
