Total Body Conditioning:  Beginners welcome.  Challenge every muscle and improve cardiovascular fitness with the full-body, interval style workout.  Using hand weights, resistance bands, and your own body weight, get ready to burn serious calories and sweat!

Capoeira: Beginners welcome. Whether one enjoys dance, acrobatics, martial arts, language, music, or simply meeting new friends, capoeira has something for everyone.    Capoeira can be difficult to describe, but it’s a lot of fun.  The first class of each month focuses on fundamental movements, so come try a class and discover this amazing sport!
