Students will also learn how to fluidly bring the hoop from their waist to above their head into the halo movement, allowing them to transition the hoop for off-body tricks, including basic hand-hooping, passing from hand to hand, tossing and catching the hoop, forward and backward weaves, and depending on individual ability, the isolation and isolation pop.  Once basic tricks are introduced, a mix of music will be enjoyed in order to encourage blending the flow of the hoop with the rhythm of music. In addition, should individual students progress more quickly than their peers, there are plenty of other tricks to be introduce, depending on the interest of the student.
