A full spectrum dance of breath & body through prana vinyasa(flow) yoga. In this class the emphasis is on energetic alignment with your breath, body and spirit inside and out, when you align with yourself it all comes together! we will explore asana as mudra, so as to create a fullness in your experience and dissolve separation~ allowing the waves of fuidity and inspiration to cultivate a deeper awareness and conciousness while opening to your ultimate strength and flexibility from the inside out~ We practice to fun, roots inspired music in a dynamic style, allowing the poetry of movement & breath to flow seamlessly from one mudra to the next.

Desiree Federman has been dedicated to practicing Iyengar yoga for more than a decade! She brings her knowledge, insight, and fun energy into all of her yoga classes. Desiree has embraced and discovered the benefits of yoga throughout her three pregnancies and implements the journey of yoga into life and her teaching of yoga.
